Ingredients
- 150g potato 
- Sauerkraut to taste, up to 40g per serve 
- ¼ cup red capsicum chopped 
- ⅓ cup zucchini chopped 
- 1 cup chopped broccoli 
- ½ carrot chopped 
- 75g green beans 
- Rosella tomato sauce 
- Salt and pepper to taste 
Method
- Peel, cube and boil the potatoes until tender. 
- Steam the remaining vegetables. 
- In a pan over medium heat, cook the italian sausages. Ensure the sausages have been pricked with a fork prior to cooking. 
- Lightly warm the sauerkraut in the microwave. Mash the boiled potatoes, and mix through the steamed veggies and sauerkraut. 
- Serve next to the italian sausages with a side of rosella tomato sauce
