  • Optional: extra vegetables or protein of your choice (such as mushrooms, spinach, or tofu)

Instructions:

  • In a large pot, bring the chicken stock to a simmer.

  • Add the shredded chicken, assorted vegetables, fresh herbs, and any additional seasonings or spices you desire. If you wish, you can also include extra vegetables or protein options to suit your taste.

  • Allow the soup to cook until the vegetables are tender and flavours are well combined.

  • Drop the Susie's Kreplach into the simmering soup, making sure they are fully submerged.

  • Cover the pot and let the soup simmer for a few more minutes until the dumplings are heated through.
