Lewis & Son have the first range of smallgoods in the world to be FODMAP Friendly certified and Gluten Free endorsed by Coeliac Australia. They contain no artificial flavours, colours, preservatives, fillers, phosphates, or any other nasties. Lewis & Son’s charcuterie are Meat & Spices – They have ingredients labels where you can easily pronounce every single ingredient and can safely eat them too. The meat contained within was sourced from only free range, grass fed beef with no hormone growth promotants. Natural Beef Salami, Kabana, Viennas (hot dogs), Aussie Snags, and of course Italian Sausages feel completely at home at A.Bongiovanni & Son.
Our traditional European style Sauerkraut and Beetroot Kraut can be found alongside the ever popular Kale Kraut and Kimchi. Or try the Wild Fermented Salsa Rosso for a tangy, cultured sauce. All of our ferments are fermented wildly using only what is naturally present on sustainably sourced vegetables. They are raw and unpasteurised, leaving beneficial bacteria in tact so that your gut and self can reap the rewards.
