Even though the exotic Dukkah has a flavour profile of Middle Eastern cuisine, the blend of spices, seeds and nuts is an extremely adaptable condiment with a universal appeal. Although the mix originates from Egypt, every combination of Dukkah is a little different. Our blend is made up of fresh sesame seeds, coriander, cumin, hazelnuts, black pepper, red bell pepper, parsley salt, seedless hot chilli, sumac and cashews. Once you allocate a pantry space for the condiment, you’ll find Dukkah can be used as an ingredient in many culinary favourites. Dukkah is often served as an appetiser accompanied with bread and olive oil.
