Hard to keep up with production of this product which is a favourite for good reason.  Not a killer-hot kimchi, but packed with flavour.  Whole wombok leaves, daikon and carrot match sticks are cured in a salt water brine before being slathered in our garlicky, gingery, oniony, chiliyi paste, before being left to sit in ceramic crocks for weeks.
